How much is postage?

Our preferred carrier is Australia Post. We ship from Brisbane, Australia, and all items are tracked.

Standard parcel post $10

Express post $13

Free shipping on orders over $150 Australian wide.
Note: This does not apply to heavy antiques, which MiQ also sells. These are pick up only as specified in the product description.

International shipping is available to major cities. Please call or email for a quote.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We endeavour to ship the very next day.  However, please allow 3 working days if you require your item by a certain date.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

We will email you your tracking number once your order has been sent.

You can use this number to track your item through the Australia Post website.

Do you accept returns?

Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will most definitely offer you a refund.  Should you simply change your mind, we do understand and can offer an exchange for another item. Return shipping costs at your expense, however.

Please note that any sale items cannot be returned. 

Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

As most of our products are made using vintage pieces, we highly recommend you view all photos carefully and read the descriptions in full. 
Refunds and exchanges will not apply to items where faults, or quirks have been pictured or explained. (Example: Some of our most desired pieces are made with fabric that is decades old and may have age spots).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit card (visa, mastercard, Amex) and Paypal. 

Do you have a store front where I can pick up my online order, or view your products?

Yes, MiQ has a store within Empire Revival in Paddington, Brisbane. 
Pick ups are available between 10-11am every Monday, except on public holidays. It may be possible to collect your order on other days, but you will need to email or phone to discuss.

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?

Yes we do.

Simply call or email us with bank details and we can process for you.

Can I Layby an item?

Sorry, we do not offer this facility at this time.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we do.

Should you have a specific requirement, say a certain tea towel or sentimental fabric in mind for your clutch bag, we can custom a clutch just for you.

Can we order bulk customised items?

Yes.

Example: I have done dozens of tea towel clutch bags for schools etc who are celebrating milestone birthdays or reunions. They have supplied a pre-agreed number of
school-embossed tea towels and I do the rest.

My purchase is a gift, do you gift wrap?

Absolutely we do. 

We love gift wrapping.  Every purchase is wrapped in tissue regardless.  For special occasions, we are more than happy to pretty things up further.  Just let us know in the comments section when you place your order.

Can you write in a card on our behalf?

Yes we can, just write exactly what you would like us to say.
